WARNING: nFusion Clone (replica) Alert:

Be advised that there are cheaply made nFusion NOVA clones on the market and have been sold by many unauthorized dealer for the last few months! They look 95% like the original but are not made with the same quality and will end up not working within a few months after purchase.

It is very important that if you have one of these units to take it back to where you bought it from to get a refund. Also send an email to support@nFusionCanada.com with your serial number and the store that you bought it from.

If you paid with pay pal, contact pay pal and open a dispute and they will refund your money.

It is very sad that customers are getting robbed by stores selling illegal units but it is very important for you to protect yourself and only buy from an nFusion/Nuvenio authorized dealer.

Make sure they have a valid dealer number. No dealer number, no warranty!

How to know if you have a clone?

Currently, there are many versions of the clones

1. If you bought a unit in the last 3 months (90 days) and have a serial number with H0812NF….., your unit is probably a clone!

That serial number was last sold in February and there should have no units that were left from then.

2. At the back of the unit, the power cord that comes out of the base is different than the original. See the picture below for examples.

If your cord is rounded, it is a clone. The original cord at the base is rectangular.

There are more ways to determine if you have a clone but these 2 ways should be easy for you to spot if your unit is a clone or if a dealer is selling them.
